Last night, I tried Kate’s recipe for mini-crescent rolls with hot dogs. I had some dough leftover so today, I used some to make something sweet. I rolled the dough out, put a layer of blackberry jam and then dabbed some cream cheese on it. Rolled it up, baked it for 20 minutes and – wow! The only thing it needed was a bit of cinammon, but otherwise, her recipe is great for both the hot dogs and my blackberry cream cheese danish. I used the full stick of butter recipe from her site. Go forth and eat!!!

That’s what’s so great about everyone sharing these recipes. I would have never thought of cream cheese with the blackberry jam.
I think cream cheese with anything tastes good.
