Passover is mid-April this year, and many of the “Kosher for Passover” items are gluten-free. It’s a great time to stock up on items from the grocery store. I usually get a few extra cans of potato starch as that’s something that is used for this holiday.
Here is a link to Manischewitz’s site that list their gluten-free items.

Thank you! But does gluten free matzah exist?
I’ve seen it out there online, I’ve never tried it. I do miss fried matzah…
Bro, I need some GF matzoh…I need some soup. BADLY. And I tried to make it with potato starch flour and it went pffffffffffft.
I’ve seen matzah made from certified gf oats (these are shipped from the UK). I have also seen homemade attempts with almond meal. Check out Gluten-free by the Bay’s site and Ellen’s I am Gluten Free site; they might have more information.
