As many of you gluten-intolerant/Celiac readers know, it can be frustrating to live a gluten free life. Reading labels, calling manufacturers/vendors, going without while others enjoy, etc. There’s tears, laughters, rants and thank goodness, support from loved ones.
I couldn’t be living the gluten free life without the love, support and patience of my partner, also known as “the Artist” on this blog. Without him, many of the recipes and ideas on my site wouldn’t have come to fruition.
And of course, how can I forget Murphy? While she sometimes has her own agenda (and really, what cat doesn’t?) I know that she’s there to listen to me rant and rave! And she’s definitely provided the artist and I with plenty of love and many, many laughs.
Three Cheers for the Support Team - Seriously! Where would we be without them?

I love the sounds of your recipes and plan to try several. I kept looking for the “Featherlight and then 2 cups of Carol Fenster blen” recipe which was said to “see below”…but just can’t seem to locate them on your pages.
Would you mind sending me the recipes to each so I can try your mixes? Thanks so much!
